Sunday Night Confessionals

Q: What completely ruins the satisfaction of having read five books from my blog TBR pile this past week?

A: The knowledge I haven't written reviews for any of those five books. So really, only 25% of the work is done.

Oh, joy.

Sunday nights suck. Monday is making a shadow of its imminent presence. The thought of another week starting just to be over in, like, three seconds makes me feel ancient. >.<

Have a miserable end-of-the-weekend, everyone.

Hope your week was more productive than mine, and hope this week proves to be fruitful! It better be, as I have midterms and other unpleasant unmenitionables.

Aw, I hate Sunday nights too!Monday starts another week of having to get up at the crack of dawn aka 7:30 AM. :P

If you think 7:30 is the crack of dawn, enjoy it while you can, says one of the crowd that's up in the early dark to get to work.

Don't be too hard on yourself - getting 5 books read is still an achievement. Writing the reviews will take far less time than reading the books.

Lol, I was kidding. I've had to get up earlier for classes before so I'm not complaining.

I don't like getting up at 6am :(

I haven't written a review in a week... but then again I was reading the same book for more than a week. I do have to write a review for a book I finished last weekend though.

:( Getting up early sucks.

Haha. Don't worry about the five books! You'll have reviewed them before you know it.

The sad thing for me was that when I got home on saturday, I read about 10 books. None of them which were on my TBR pile for review =(

Haha, I love the picture of Grumpy.

And, btw, I'm right with you on the overload of work (I'm drowning in review books, and school starts in two days!) Not to mention my stupid exercise routine...I hate exercise.

Kill me now.

I sleep at around 2-3AM (insomnia's getting better lately!) and get up at 6AM, and I'm not complaining. If/when I get into med school as planned, I'll have far less sleep time -studystudying to do!

Med school? Ambitious. I could totally see you as a witty med student.

I've actually been sleeping more, lately...I can sleep fine once I'm actually asleep, usually. But GETTING to sleep? It takes me foreverrrr. And if I know I have to get up early in the morning? Nope. Sleep's not happening.
