Random Contest: Willow

« Back to Table of Contents.

YAY, random contests!Description: Seven months ago, on a rainy March night, sixteen year-old Willow’s parents died in a horrible car accident. Willow was driving. Now her older brother barely speaks to her, her new classmates know her as the killer orphan girl, and Willow is blocking the pain by secretly cutting herself. But when one boy —one sensitive, soulful boy—discovers Willow’s secret, it sparks an intense relationship that turns the “safe” world Willow has created for herself upside down.

I know like the entire blogosphere is going insane over this one which is why I wanted to give those who haven't gotten an ARC yet a chance to land themselves one. Don't ask me how it is because I have yet to read it, but if you'd like it, leave a comment below. Signed ARC! This book is only out in April 09 (so if a book blogger wins it, hold off posting a review or whatever until closer to the release date, okay? :)).

1 entry per person.

+ 1 if you mention Girl Week anywhere (if you have already for another contest it's fine, just remind me/link me to it!)

+ 1 if you mention THIS particular contest anywhere (link me to it!)

No secret criterion this time.

Contest ends on Dec 21st.

Girl Week is a week-long event here on the blog celebrating strong YA heroines and feminism. Find out more about it here.

Hey! For some reason, this embedded comment form makes most people click twice before the comment is processed and published. It's not you - it's just that it's a new Blogger feature with kinks and all that. (But I adore it and don't wanna get rid of it!) I removed Captcha to make the process easier. You don't have to rewrite the comments twice; just click on SUBMIT twice and it should work. If not, email me. Thanks! -Steph
