Contest: I Wanna Be Your Joey Ramone

« Back to Table of Contents.

Here's my review of it. I loved this book.

Here is Stephanie's guest blog, her contribution to Girl Week. It was also really good, so if you wanna check it out and then read her novel-length work which touches many of the themes her guest blog does, just leave a comment. SIGNED COPY. (Which makes me jealous of whoever wins...)

+ 1 entry per person. (Make sure you leave your email addy for contact, or if you have a blogger account with it available, that works, too.)

+ 1 if you mention Girl Week somewhere. (And leave me a link to it!)

+ 1 if you mention Stephanie's specific post or THIS post somewhere. (And leave me a link to it!)
+ 1 for a secret criterion. (Yeah, I suck like that.)

Contest ends on Dec 21st.

Girl Week is a week-long event here on the blog celebrating strong YA heroines and feminism. Find out more about it here.

I totally agree with Stephanie's guest blog! The word "slut" and all associated with it is degrading, especially since there is no equivalent for boys.

Hey! For some reason, this embedded comment form makes most people click twice before the comment is processed and published. It's not you - it's just that it's a new Blogger feature with kinks and all that. (But I adore it and don't wanna get rid of it!) I removed Captcha to make the process easier. You don't have to rewrite the comments twice; just click on SUBMIT twice and it should work. If not, email me. Thanks! -Steph
