NaNoWriMo Progress?

How's everyone holding up? I restarted twice, throwing a total of 2k away from my first two attempts. Am at 2k now with the third, and I'm running with it. 1.2k more today and I'm all caught up!

Wow, I've got about 600 words on mine. I probably won't finish it in the month, but this is my first year doing it and I just want to finish before it starts again next year! I'm really liking mine so far though.

I can't seem to get on the site to see how I'm doing, I refuse to look at the word count on WORD for some reason. But I have 9 pages on Word, so I'm doing alright I think.

5480 yesterday, nothing written today yet... I go back and forth over whether I love my plot or hate it... hmm...

*sigh* 4,096 words for me. I retyped the first 2,000 words like four times on different word processors. I'm so freakin' picky. I tried to binge this weekend because I have the feeling my teachers will be like HERE TAKE NINE TESTS IN ONE WEEK for some reason.

Okay, I have 4,035 words now, haven't retyped anything really, I hope I really get going soon though.

Wow, everybody's so far! Im attemtping to outline mine because i just cant figure out how it would start... so a big old zero word count for me, unless you want to count the random 180 word clip I wrote from somewhere in chapter three :-p

I'm at 3,174, but I haven't even started writing for today.

So far my main character has already caused a cataclysmic explosion, blacked out twice, been thrown out of his last chance at a home, and had a flashback to his sister being taken away from home to live out her days in a convent, and that's just the first part of the first chapter! Within another few thousand words he'll have been on the streets for less than an hour and end up with a knife to his throat... held by my female main character.

Err... It'll get less depressing eventually. Especially when the insane lord and mirror-powered jetpacks are introduced.

Phew, I'm surfacing to comment again: 5,601 words at the moment. I don't know whether to be thrilled or disappointed, seeing as how so many people surpassed the 5k mark YESTERDAY. :[

agh. So far. Behind. Dying. NanoWrimo sucks the words out of me.
